Spaghetti with Tomatoes & Fresh Herbs

1 (16-oz.) package spaghetti
5 tablespoons I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Original Spread, Divided
1 pint red or yellow cherry tomatoes
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/3 cup pasta water. Return spaghetti to the hot pot.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Spread to large skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add tomatoes and cook, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes or until tomatoes are slightly charred and begin to burst. Stir tomatoes, remaining Spread, parsley and basil into pot and toss with pasta. Add some of the reserved pasta water, if desired. Garnish with fresh basil and sprinkle with cheese, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
