8 slices white bread
6 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese, sliced
9 slices turkey pepperoni, chopped
1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
2/3 cup prepared pizza sauce, heated
- Evenly top 4 bread slices with cheese and pepperoni. top with remaining 4 bread slices. Combine Country Crock Spread with oregano and evenly spread top sides of sandwiches with 2 tablespoons.
- Heat large nonstick skillet over medium high heat and cook sandwiches. Spread side down, until golden, about 2 minutes. Evenly spread tops with remaining Spread mixture. Turn and cook until golden, about 2 minutes.
- Cut each sandwich into 8 wedges. Serve with pizza sauce.
