Spinach, Egg & Cheese Bagel

  • 1 bagel, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spread, divided
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese


  1. Spread 1 teaspoon I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Spread on cut sides of bagel and toast to desired doneness.
  2. Melt 1 teaspoon Spread in small skillet and add spinach. Cook 1 to 2 minutes until spinach is just wilted, remove and keep warm.
  3. Melt remaining teaspoon Spread in same skillet and cook egg to desired doneness.
  4. To assemble. Top bottom half of bagel with cheese, then spinach and egg. Top with bagel and enjoy.
