CHIPS AHOY! Easy Monster Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients
12 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies
2 tbsp. orange decorating icing
2 tbsp. purple decorating icing
36 mini candy button eyes (about 1-1/2 tsp.)
3/4 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
Directions
Place 6 cookies, top sides up, in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet. Drizzle with icings, then top each cookie with about 6 eyes.
Refrigerate 5 minutes or until icings are firm.
Meanwhile, place remaining cookies, top sides down, on another baking sheet. Top each cookie with 2 tablespoons of ice cream.
Cover ice cream-topped cookies with decorated cookies, flat sides down, to make 6 ice cream sandwiches, gently pressing top cookies into ice cream to secure.
Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
