Delicious One-Bowl Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1 cup I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Original Spread

  • 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 package (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Ingredients

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F

  2. Combine I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! spread, sugars, egg, vanilla and baking soda in large bowl with wooden spoon until blended.

  3. Stir in flour until blended.

  4. Stir in chocolate chips. (Dough will be soft.)

  5. Drop mixture by heaping tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, on ungreased baking sheets.

  6. Bake 10 minutes or until edges are golden.

  7. Cool on baking sheets 2 minutes.

  8. Remove cookies to wire racks and cool completely.
