Easy White Chili with Ground Turkey

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound BUTTERBALL® All Natural Frozen Ground Turkey
¾ cup small diced onions
2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
2 can (about 15 ounces each) Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (about 15 ounces) chickpea, drained
1½ cups turkey or chicken broth
1 can (4 ounces) chopped mild green chilies, drained
3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh jalapeño peppers
1 tablespoon light chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
Green onion, radishes, avocado and cilantro (optional)
Directions
Defrost BUTTERBALL® All Natural Frozen Ground Turkey
Heat oil in medium heavy saucepan over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until crumbled.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Lower heat to a simmer; cook 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve topped with green onions, radishes, avocado and cilantro; if desired.
