One-Pan Smoked Turkey Sausage Dinner

Ingredients
1 package (13 ounces) BUTTERBALL® Natural Hardwood Smoked Turkey Sausage
1 red onion, cut into 8 wedges
1 pint mixed cherry tomatoes
5 ounces mini sweet peppers, halved
3 sprigs fresh thyme, plus additional for garnish
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Fresh basil leaves (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Quarter sausages lengthwise; cut in half widthwise; to make 16 pieces total. Arrange on rimmed baking sheet. Add onion, tomatoes, sweet peppers and 3 sprigs thyme. Drizzle with oil and vinegar; sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Stir mixture and spread evenly on baking sheet.
Bake about 25 minutes or until vegetables are lightly charred and sausage is cooked through. Garnish with basil and additional thyme.
