Turkey Sausage Philly Cheesesteak

Ingredients
1 package of Butterball Hearty Turkey Sausage Links Polish Style or Old World Smoked
1 package of Brioche Sausage Buns
1 large Onion
1 Bell Pepper
4 slices of Provolone Cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Heat up your grill
Cut your dinner sausage into 6 inch pieces. The sausage should be long enough to fit your selected hot dogs bun.
Place your dinner sausage onto your hot grill and cook for 10 to 15 min until fully cooked through.
Remove dinner sausage from the grill and place them on a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
Place a skillet over medium heat add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter.
Add your diced or sliced onions and pepper directly into your hot skillet. Add in your garlic powder, onion, pepper and cook until veggies are soft and opaque in color.
Once onions and peppers are cooked, place your provolone cheese on top and allow for the cheese to melt onto the onions and peppers. ONce the cheese has melted, pick up the cheese with onions and peppers and place it on top of each sausage.
Serve warm.
