Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Kretschmar Off the Bone Ham, Thinly Sliced

  • 8 Ounces Kretschmar Off the Bone Turkey, Thinly Sliced

  • 8 Ounces Kretschmar Genoa Salami, Thinly Sliced

  • 8 Ounces Kretschmar Provolone Cheese, Thinly Sliced

  • 1 8-Ounce Container Mozzarella Ciliegine, Fresh

  • 1 15-Ounce Jar Artichoke Hearts, Quartered

  • 1 16-Ounce Jar Sweet Cherry Peppers, Drained, Seeded and Halved

  • 1 12-Ounce Jar Pepperoncini, Whole and Drained

  • 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes

  • 1 Cup Black Olives, Whole Pitted

  • 1 Cup Castelvetrano Olives, Whole Pitted

  • 1 Cup Basil Leaves, Fresh with Large Stems Removed

  • 8 Sprigs Rosemary, Fresh for Garnish

  • Italian Dressing, Optional2 Tbsps.

  • 30-40 4” Skewers

Directions

  1. THREAD ingredients onto skewers, mixing combinations as you go. Thread at least one type of meat and one type of cheese onto each skewer.

  2. ARRANGE skewers on a round serving platter in a wreath shape.

  3. STACK skewers in 2-3 layers.

  4. TUCK fresh rosemary sprigs into wreath for garnish.

  5. SERVE with Italian dressing (optional).
