Ingredients
8 Ounces Kretschmar Off the Bone Ham, Thinly Sliced
8 Ounces Kretschmar Off the Bone Turkey, Thinly Sliced
8 Ounces Kretschmar Genoa Salami, Thinly Sliced
8 Ounces Kretschmar Provolone Cheese, Thinly Sliced
1 8-Ounce Container Mozzarella Ciliegine, Fresh
1 15-Ounce Jar Artichoke Hearts, Quartered
1 16-Ounce Jar Sweet Cherry Peppers, Drained, Seeded and Halved
1 12-Ounce Jar Pepperoncini, Whole and Drained
1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes
1 Cup Black Olives, Whole Pitted
1 Cup Castelvetrano Olives, Whole Pitted
1 Cup Basil Leaves, Fresh with Large Stems Removed
8 Sprigs Rosemary, Fresh for Garnish
Italian Dressing, Optional2 Tbsps.
30-40 4” Skewers
Directions
THREAD ingredients onto skewers, mixing combinations as you go. Thread at least one type of meat and one type of cheese onto each skewer.
ARRANGE skewers on a round serving platter in a wreath shape.
STACK skewers in 2-3 layers.
TUCK fresh rosemary sprigs into wreath for garnish.
SERVE with Italian dressing (optional).
