Ritz Hot Cocoa Mugs

Ingredients

  • 24 RITZ Crackers

  • 24 small candy canes

  • 24 marshmallows

  • ⅔ cup white candy coating wafers (about 3 oz.), melted, divided

  • 2 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted

  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla marshmallow bits

  • 7 tsp. assorted holiday-shaped sprinkles

Directions

  • Place crackers, top sides up, on parchment-covered baking sheet.2

  • Break each candy cane in half to make 1 curved piece and 1 straight piece. Discard or reserve straight pieces for snacking or another use.3

  • Insert both ends of each curved candy cane piece into side of 1 marshmallow for the mug's handle. 4

  • Dip bottoms of marshmallows, 1 at a time, into candy coating, then place on crackers, gently pressing marshmallows onto crackers to secure.5

  • Spread melted chocolate onto tops of marshmallows. Immediately top with marshmallow bits. 6

  • Decorate sides of marshmallows and edges of topped crackers with sprinkles, using remaining candy coating to secure sprinkles to marshmallows and crackers. 7

  • Refrigerate 10 min. or until candy coating is firm.
