Citrus Glazed Ham Recipe

Yields: 8 to 10 servings

 INGREDIENTS 

11/2 cups Simply® Orange Juice Pulp Free 

11/2 cups light brown sugar 

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 

3/4 cup yellow mustard 

(6- to 8-lb.) fully cooked, bone-in ham 

30 whole cloves 

DIRECTIONS 

1. Preheat oven to 325°. 

2. Whisk together Simply Orange and next 3 ingredients. Set aside. 

3. Remove skin from ham, and trim fat to 1/4-inch thickness. Make shallow cuts in fat 3/4 inch apart in a diamond pattern. Insert cloves in centers of diamonds. Place ham in an aluminum foil lined 13- x 9-inch pan. Pour reserved Simply Orange mixture over ham. 

4. Bake at 325° on lowest oven rack 3 hours, basting with pan juices every 30 minutes. Remove ham from oven, and let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
