Sponsor: The Sponsor of the FamilyMedia $500 Giveaway is FamilyMedia, 33 Walt Whitman Road, Huntington Station, NY 11746.

Eligibility: The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States. Employees, agents, and family members of FamilyMedia are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period: Each monthly giveaway begins on the first day of the month at 12:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and ends on the last calendar day of the same month at 11:59 PM EDT.

How to Enter: To enter, open our newsletter, locate the secret code, and submit it using the form on the contest page.

Entry Limit: Multiple entries are allowed per person each month. Each entry must comply with the method described in these rules. No purchase necessary.

Prize: Five (5) winners will each receive a $100 prize (USD), awarded in the form of a check, for a total prize value of $500 (USD). The prize is non-transferable and no prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion.

Odds of Winning: Depends on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Winner Selection & Notification: The winners will be chosen via random draw and notified within 7 days of the contest end date. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, each winner agrees to allow FamilyMedia to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Liability Release: By entering, participants agree to release FamilyMedia and its affiliates from any liability related to the contest or the use of the prize.

Disputes: Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the United States and resolved individually in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Winners List: To request a copy of the winners list, please contact us within 4 weeks of the Entry Period ending.
