Campfire Chili

Cook up Knorr’s delicious Campfire Chili recipe made with low-sodium black beans, tomatoes, corn, and Knorr® Rice Sides Spanish Rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups water

  • 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides Spanish Rice

  • 1 can (15 oz.) low sodium black beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1 can (14 oz.) no salt added corn kernels, drained

  • 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained

Directions

  1. Bring water and Knorr® Rice Sides Spanish Rice to a boil in large skillet.

  2. Stir in beans, corn and diced tomatoes with green chilies. Reduce heat and simmer covered 7 minutes or until rice is tender.

  3. Serve, if desired, in warm corn tortillas or with tortilla chips; now it’s delicious. Dig in!
