Easy White Chili with Ground Turkey

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 pound BUTTERBALL® All Natural Frozen Ground Turkey

  • ¾ cup small diced onions

  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic

  • 2 can (about 15 ounces each) Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1 can (about 15 ounces) chickpea, drained

  • 1½ cups turkey or chicken broth

  • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped mild green chilies, drained

  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh jalapeño peppers

  • 1 tablespoon light chili powder

  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin

  • Green onion, radishes, avocado and cilantro (optional)

Directions

  1. Defrost BUTTERBALL® All Natural Frozen Ground Turkey

  2. Heat oil in medium heavy saucepan over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until crumbled.

  3. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

  4. Lower heat to a simmer; cook 25 to 30 minutes.

  5. Serve topped with green onions, radishes, avocado and cilantro; if desired.
