Gourmet Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 package (24 oz) Ling Lings Chicken & Vegetable Potstickers

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 5 cups of your favorite frozen stir-fry vegetables

  • Suggestions: broccoli florets, baby corn, snow peas, red pepper, water chestnuts.

  • Stir-Fry Sauce (see recipe below)

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Boil Ling Lings Chicken & Vegetable Potstickers according to package boiling directions (when done, dumpling dough should look cooked and be an even color). Drain and set aside.

  • Heat vegetable oil in a 13-inch nonstick frying pan over high heat 1 minute. Add vegetables and stir-fry 3 minutes.

  • Add Ling Lings Chicken & Vegetable Potstickers and stirfry 3 minutes. Add Stir-Fry Sauce and mix well. Bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

  • 1 cup water

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame or vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

  • 2 tbsp chili sauce (optional)

  • 2 tsp minced garlic (optional)

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)


In a medium bowl, combine water, cornstarch and sugar, and mix well. Add Soy Sauce, oil and ginger, mixing until well blended. Add optional ingredients if desired.
