Ham & Egg Bagel Sandwiches with Pesto

Ingredients
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 slices Smithfield Spirals Leftover Ham
4 bagels, your favorite flavor, tossed
4 eggs
8 slices Swiss cheese
1.5 cups arugula greens
1/3 cup pesto
Directions
In nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook eggs as desired with a small amount of butter or oil to desired doneness & reserve, holding warm.
In same pan, heat ham slices for 20-30 seconds per side or until highly browned & heated through.
Spread pesto on bagel halves & assemble sandwiches with arugula, cheese & ham, topping with egg. Sprinkle salt & pepper to taste and serve warm for a satisfying breakfast sandwich anytime of the day!
